Seeking a 200GT Captain and Chief Stewardess (couple preferred) for a private 88ft Princess. The home port is West Palm Beach, FL, with a cruising area of the Bahamas and Florida Keys, and summers in New England or the Great Lakes. The owners are experienced and looking for sliver service/ white-glove, detail-driven yachting standards.

Captain Requirements

  • Valid 200GT license

  • Verified drive time on vessels 60ft+

  • No insurance claims on record

  • Strong navigational, operational, and safety background

  • Professional, calm, and owner-focused demeanor

Chief Stewardess Requirements

  • Proven high-end service experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail and presentation

  • Ability to manage interior independently

  • Experience with beach setups and guest service

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 (DOE)
